Return Policy

 
The Company offers a 7-day return window starting from the customer’s actual receipt date, under the following qualifying conditions:
 
  1. The product has inherent quality defects.
  2. The product was damaged during transit.
  3. An incorrect item was delivered, or the received item does not match the ordered product — return or exchange is permitted provided the item does not affect resale.
 

Exceptions to 7-Day Return

 
The 7-day return policy does not apply to any of the following circumstances:
 
  1. Personalized or custom-made goods.
  2. Products that have been used (electronic products are deemed used once powered on).
  3. Products with visible wear on the item itself, functional components or accompanying accessories.
  4. Loss or severe damage to the product’s outer packaging (excluding normal opening), which materially impairs resale.
  5. Other items unsuitable for return due to their inherent nature, as confirmed and agreed by you at the time of purchase.
  6. Other conditions where the product condition is compromised and affects resale.
 

How to Apply for a Return or Exchange

 

1. Returns/Exchanges for Personal Reasons

 
Within 7 days of receipt, submit a return request via email to our after-sales team, provided the item does not affect resale.
 
Our after-sales team will review and respond within 1–3 business days of receiving your email.
 
Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.
 

2. Returns/Exchanges Due to Product Quality Issues

 
Within 7 days of receipt, send a detailed request email to: service@mail.flariven.com.
 
Our customer service team will process your application within 1–3 business days of receiving your email.
 
Return shipping costs shall be borne by the Company.
 

3. Refund Processing

 
After arranging the return, please send the item back via your chosen courier company directly.
 
Once we receive confirmation of delivery from the courier, we will proceed with your refund.
 
The Company will complete the full refund process within 15 business days of receiving the returned goods.
