Intellectual Property Infringement Complaint Procedure
We uphold the principle of respecting the intellectual property rights of others as strictly as we advocate for the protection of our own. If you believe any content on Tauaiss or platforms linked to Tauaiss infringes your copyright, trademark, or other legally recognized intellectual property rights, please submit a formal infringement complaint to our designated IP compliance email: service@mail.flariven.com.
Your complaint must include all of the following required information:
- Physical or electronic signature of a person duly authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the infringed intellectual property right.
- Detailed identification of the infringed intellectual property, including the corresponding registration number and country/region of registration (where applicable).
- Specific identification of the allegedly infringing content, including its exact location(s) on the Tauaiss website or application, with sufficient details to enable our team to locate the material promptly.
- For design right infringement claims: explicit identification of the allegedly infringing design, plus the relevant design registration number.
- For utility model infringement claims: clear specification of the utility model alleged to be infringed, together with supporting court orders or official judgments verifying your claim.
- Your full corporate/individual name, affiliated entity (if applicable), valid mailing address, contact telephone number, and email address.
- A sworn statement declaring that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use of the material is not authorized by the intellectual property owner, its authorized agent, or applicable law.
- A declaration, made under penalty of perjury, stating that:
- All information provided in your complaint is true and accurate;
- You are the intellectual property owner or an authorized representative of the owner;
- You accept full liability for any perjury penalties arising from false or misleading statements in the notice.
Upon receipt and verification of a complete infringement notice, we reserve the right to take one or more of the following actions:
- Remove or restrict access to the allegedly infringing material;
- Disable all hyperlinks directing to the infringing content;
- Notify the alleged infringer of the content removal or access restriction;
- Terminate service access for repeat infringers of Tauaiss’s or third-party intellectual property rights;
- Implement other remedies as specified in our Terms of Use and platform policies.

Tauaiss and its affiliated companies retain all intellectual property rights, title, and interest in and to the Tauaiss website and associated mobile applications. This includes, without limitation, the copyrights of the website and applications, as well as all proprietary technologies used to deliver platform services.
All such copyrights and intellectual property rights are protected by applicable domestic copyright laws, international intellectual property conventions, and relevant treaties worldwide.
